EXTERNAL NETWORK
This object includes the attributes concerning the characteristics of the external network with respect to accesses using this network.

X25 synchronisation
This action is accessed via the menu.
NOT OPERATIONAL: modifications or deletions of the object in progress are then possible
OPERATIONAL: don't forget to set to operational when all the operations have terminated.
- IP (Internet Protocol)

Network Number
Network identifier.

Network Name
Free name for the manager's use.

Peer X25 Behavior
One end must be declared as ETCD, and the other end as ETTD.

Network Prefix Holding
Depending on the country protocol.
This attribute is used to define whether the network access prefix must be deleted from the called address when exiting to this network.
YES: the network access prefix is kept.

X25 Subscribtion Number Insert
YES: the X25 subscription address is inserted in the packet.

Called Addr In Call Accepted
Depending on the country protocol:
YES: the Called address is inserted in the packet.

DL Overbooking Coefficient
This attribute is governed by the attribute OverBooking being set to YES in X25 SYSTEM PARAMETERS.
Overbook coefficient in layer 2 (LLP or LCC). This coefficient is a scaling factor: the total rate for layer 2 is equal to that of the profile multiplied by this coefficient.

SL Overbooking Coefficient
This attribute is governed by the attribute OverBooking being set to YES in X25 SYSTEM PARAMETERS.
Overbook coefficient in layer 2 (LLP or LCC). This coefficient is a scaling factor: the total rate for layer 2 is equal to that of the profile multiplied by this coefficient.

Specific Network
This attribute allows you to define the specific behaviour for some transit networks.
Selection is by a menu:

Minimized Category
Not used

Fast_Select
Additional X25 service.
Depending on the country protocol:
YES: the external network supports this facility.

Reverse Charging
Additional X25 service.
Depending on the country protocol:
YES: the external network supports this facility.
For a call with reverse charging additional service packet:

Called Line Adr Mod Notif
Additional X25 service.
Depending on the country protocol:
YES: the external network supports this facility (Called Line addressing Modification Notification).

Priority Presentation
Additional X25 service.
This attribute defines whether the external network, accessible by this access, supports the priority facility, and whether the Packet Handler must remove this facility from the call packet before presenting it.
Transpac: NO

Implicit Activation Mode
The priority activation mode defines the way in which the preemption privilege is applied to the current call.
Priority activation mode dy default:

Implicit Priority Level
The implicit priority (level, activation mode) is the default priority (when no explicit priority request is made) allocated to the call.
The priority level sets the call rights with respect to the preemption privilege. A call (not protected) can only be preempted by a call of higher priority.
Values lie between 0 (min prio) and 15 (max. prio).
Default priority level between 0 (min. prio) and 15 (max. prio).

Explicit Activation Mode
The priority activation mode defines the way in which the preemption privilege is applied to the current call.
Maximum activation mode applicable following the subscriber's explicit request:

Explicit Priority Level
The explicit priority (level, activation mode) is that applied to the call when an explicit priority request is made (either by the priority CUG, or in the call packet by the non standardized priority facility).
The priority level sets the call rights with respect to the preemption privilege. A call (not protected) can only be preempted by a call of higher priority.
Applicable priority level, on explicit subscriber request (0 Min, 15 Max) 0 to 15.
