you have to fill in the normal npd (see trunk group) in the "npd for external forward".
your provider must accept the external number, this feature is named clip no screening.

if you don't want to make your own cable you can use the blue cisco-console-cable. you must only cut the rj45, take a new one but spin it befor crimping.
Another way is to use the old cisco-console-adapter but with a 1:1 cable

since 4.1 you can use u4

just check the file parameters.txt under C:\Alcatel\OmniPCXTSA\dyn\otuc@3595\cfg (/opt/... for linux)
you can find a parameter login where the hostname of your otuc-server is listed. if there is only the hostname, then after update you will login against this host and your client may not resolve dns ...

you can use ominvista 4760.
in oxe applications/accounting you have to activate incoming calls and if you want and you have the license local local calls. in 4760 you can create a report were you can research for the number.

you must use alcatel audio station. it computes an checksum which is placed added to the file, without this you will never get the wav-file to your dynamic voice guides.

i had problems with gn9120-headset on 8&9-phones, if some (don't know which) ringing melodies are selected you can not hear the ringing in the headset. and if you switch off ringing there is also no signaling at the rj11-outlet.

yes every user needs a exchange-mailbox. but normally every user has already an mailbox for email. otuc uses the same box
