All The usera were created in oxe, but to resolve that issue i try to delete that user and recreaye in both way, never change.

i have an OTBE 1.1, i noted that in 8770 accounting are present all users but some under undefined, i have only oxe users, all users are configured in the same way.
Someone have the same issue or know why the 8770 put some users under undefined.
There is a workaround, van i fix this issue ...

After the reinstallation of a server 4760 the customer have that alarm "License find on two server remain 36 days".
For an error the old server remain on for 1 month, now on that server i stop all the nmc service and remove the file nmc.license.
I just restart the new server with 4760 and new ...

Is a bug not missing feature they have all the time to implement that feature, before with 6.x ics8400 was the same, today remain, they know but do nothing to resolve.

i installed 4760 5.2 in windows server 2008, whe i try to backup the pbx in maintenance on the status of job i see no alarms o error but only see job finished correct in 0 seconds.
The ftp works from the server to pbx, the password for mtcl,swinst,adfexc are correct.
The downloading of ticket ...

I just upgrade today the firmware of the set from 2.2.9 to 2.2.24, i'll wait feedback from my customer

I just configured few month ago a mipt wifi 8118 to a customer, my customer noted that the ste works fine but every 2 hours the set disconnect from access point and do not reconeccet anymore, is necessary power off and power on the set.
Someone had the same problem with this new mipt.

I just added a prefix for "camp on control" added in phone feature cos, and put on the phone a key for that prefix.
So the operator see when the feature camp-on is disabled or not, even see if someone cahange this parameter from mgr dynamic parameters.

I solved the issue, in this installation i used 3 new ip domain but i forgot that the ACT 18 remain in ip domain 0, after i changed the extra domain compression in ip domain 0 and new all works fine.
So ip domain 0 extra domain - without compression ip domain 20 same.

I tried with another act with another gd3, the problem is the same, probably is not the armada.
