ARS problem

Hello all!

I trying to configure the ARS to work with alternative long-distance operator.
In manual mode (without ARS) make looks like this: dial 555 66 77, wait for dial tone and then dial 8 and the number required.
How to configure the ARS: create a prefix ARS - main trunk group start = 9 end ...
