Issue got resolved after managing the below noteworthy addresses.


"ClaOffHkOn" must be set to 00 01
"AnalogDSP" must be set to 00 01
"ClaSndNxtM" must be set to 00 01

Actually, I don't hear the Busy tone... is just silence. Even after 7, 8 sec.

"For analogue line" : No. No conversation status... just silence.

Sorry guys, I was in travel. The internal ext is 3xxx and 4xxx. But is the same senario internal or external when I get "0" to ars. I did changed the Timer 3, and reinit the board, not the PBX. And still the same. But I count the seconds, and after 4 sec, I can't dial anymore... Digital or...

Same as internal call, if I hold some seconds without dial nothing.. If exists, it send to destination, if not, drop the call...

I've R2 connection, Analog and SIP... is just the time delay what I wants to change... Looks more complicated that I think.

But I changed this timer before ask here, and reinit the set and board, still the same... I actually saw all Timers by manual, and made some tests... none worked.

The problem happends in outgoing call...

Hi guys, Sorry for the questions, but I search all Timers, and don't found nothing that works. When the user of a Digital set, hold 3 seconds inter dial by dial, can't dial anymore. So, how can I change this, and prolong the timer before release, to user have more time to dial an number. Tks. OXE R9.
