Please check in your phone that use VLAN is enable and write the vlan ID

To enable the vlan on the Alcatel Sets :
1- reboot the set
2- press both of the two key at the same time (i , #)
3- IP parameter

in your phone enable -> Use vlan and write the Vlan ID.

in this case the trrafic of the voice will be tagged by the Vlan Id
