Yes, I have tried force delete option and getting same error. User is assigned as Admin, anyhow checked hotmenu and found no room number since this installation is not a hotel.

User Deletion not possible
Hi,
In OXE version 11.1, am unable to delete a user. I am getting error message of Forbidden Busy Room. checked the user configuration and found it is configured as Admin user. Please help me any other option to delete it.

I am getting the visual CC report, but the time period is totally different. Timezone set in the server is correct. How to resolve this issue ?

Hi,
Thank you, Found the issue and resolved. For suite config Managed as Guest management only. But If we configure Set type as SIP device its not allowed to configure as suite Extn. Now All phones are configured as SIP Extension and the requirement is acheived.
