Do you know of any issues with regards to installing Pimphony R6.5 on Windows XP Home edition SP3 ?
When I run the install I get an "ERROR 1304 Error writing to file log4net.dll" (I believe this is a file Pimphony is trying to create on the users PC?)

I have a CCS script running LCA. If the LCA is true then the list contains only one Agent (to be expected) however if this Agent walks away from the phone you cannot do a pickup to intercept this call. I know they need to be trained to make sure they go unavailable but they are not that disciplined ...

I dont get this issue mate.

I am using GCE 4.204 patch a and the same version of SoftPanel.

Have you checked the logs? (VccServer logs and SoftPanel Logs)

You can use Correlated data within an attached data block.

Example:

I am about to upgrade from Premium 2.2.208 to GCE 4.202. I have been given only one new License file xxxxxxxx.Prem.
Do I need another License (xxxxxxxx.dat) also ?

Does anyone know if it is possible to archive the ETL db to an external drive as the current ETL db is too big and will very soon use up all the hardrive space on the D: drive?

I am using h1301.36 however this is the same in patch 35 as well.

If I set Busy Camp on = false in an Analogue users Dynamic state user, I get an Error message: “Analogue set is in idle state”.� can set this if I lift the receiver, however when I go back in it reverts back to True.
