Same issue with me, what rules you have done

Some observations:
First of all the gateway was down the moment you took this database. can you ping Avaya from OXO subnet?
Second: in gw parameters: you should enter domain and realm as IP of Avaya
Third: in SIP public numbering remove + (maybe Avaya doesn't like it) and use at calling/called ...

But its working fine with same release in other places. Its not the problem of release

its just simple as you create a sip trunk between the two, need a gateway to redirect the external calls, trunk lines will be terminated on the gateway.

Am facing some issues related to voicemail notification through email.

Configured every parameters:

customer email notification server is - google, but they are using an SMTP relay server in between.

Configurations done :

in Central services global info, gave notification server as ...
