Just tried Proxmox PVE 8.4.14 with an old TP-LINK WLAN adapter and a Ubuntu desktop virtual machine. Plugged USB dongle in, host sees it and makes it available. How to setup Omnivista 2500 as virtual machine in Proxmox VE
Thanks to Luca B. (Italy), we have this great guide to take the Omnivista 2500 OVF file and get it to run in Proxmox PVE. Latest test done with Proxmox latest stable version and OV2500 4.9r2. Guide is in Italian but can be translated and followed easily as screenshots will guide you.

It was an appliance...though we don't know how it could do this. A "Patton" device. As soon as it was disconnected it would fix issue. Putting it back online would bring back the symptom. To investigate.

Hello.
Default config, switch using two ports, one is an AP and another home DSL router.
PCs associate to SSID, get into cable and can reach Internet.
Mobile devices (different brands) associate but cannot navigate.
Why ? No filters anywhere ? Any default enforcement on mobile dhcp payload or ...

How to analyze or run diagnostics for some modules that remain unpowered and/or do not boot ?
Maybe broken, can be anything. Any special code ? Procedure ?
