I am currently trying to configure sip snooping so that it shows active calls and ended calls yet, the active calls aren't showing up and the ended calls show as not completed. Mine says partially released, it seems like some devices hasn't released the ban.

Update: The switch has released the ban. Now it is stuck in the Omnivista quarantine manager ban list and I can't remove it. Any Ideas?

Update: The ban was released from the switch but it hasn't been erased from the ban list. Is there a way to fix that?

It fails to release a quarantined mac from a 6860 switch, the problem was that the configuration wasn't set before applying the ban.
Is there anyway to release the ban?
