Re: CCD queue call to automatic attendant
Hi,
Done some more testing, as I said before, If I dial the IAA from en external phone it would only play my message once and then release the call. But if I get transferred their from the CCD, the IAA will play the message twice and the release the call back to the CCD.

Re: CCD queue call to automatic attendant
Okey, so I have figured it out by reversed engineering, didn't find the docs :)
Created an IAA access pointed to the tree pointed to the leaves,
choosed "menu for auto attendant"
timeout action release
action 1 routing to attendant
Put the access number in pilot rule guide and the call transfers ...

Re: CCS doesn't show available agents
I was just going to write that I had solved the issue, thanks anyway tot3enkopf!
I hade used letters in the queue and processing group and that is not recommended in the ccd docs, found that deep in the docs.
copy-past frome the docs,

Re: CCS doesn't show available agents
When the agent is visible in the ccs pg, once it signing of, the change is immediate. So its only when agent signs on it takes several minutes for the agent to pop up in the ccs pg view. Last time about 9 minutes.

CCS doesn't show available agents
Hi,
I have an CCsupvervison that doesn't show any agents are logged on in the PG.
If the group is empty, and one agent signes in, it changes status from closed to open, but it doesn't show any agent that are signed in so it looks like the PG is open but its dosent have any agents available.
If ...

ABC-F NO CIRCUIT AVAILABLE
Hi,
Running 3 pbx, A,B and C that are set up with ISDN T2 ABC-F links between them like this:
PBX_A < --ABC-F--> PBX_B <--ABC-F--> PBX_C
PBX_A holds user extension 1000
PBX_B holds user extension 2000
PBX_C holds user extension 3000
I can call from 1000 to 2000, and from 2000 to 3000.
