8078s CE unsupported version for GE phone

Dear All,
After loading the firmware version 80x8S-SIP-R550_1.55.04.5097 in the Ale 8078s CE phone, the following message appeared: "unsupported version for GE phone". Also the phone no longer connects.
Any ideas?

WebUI access to 8088 phone

Dears,

I am not able to access the WebUI of a brand new 8088 phone to configure SIP account. I have tried https://[IP address] but did not go through despite i can reach the IP address. Need assistance please.
