erp ring port "blocking"

Hi everyone

Kinda new in this, but amazing forum, tnhks for everything.

Recently I replaced an 6465 so I configured its vlan, ip, erp-ring etc...

The erp is next

erp-ring 3021 port1 1/1/5 port2 1/1/6 service-vlan 3021 level 1
erp-ring 3021 enable

But, by the time I connect it to my network ...
