Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has experienced issues with the ALE-300 where the keyboard sometimes doesn’t work. In some cases, it starts working again after lifting the handset and rebooting the unit.
Any configuration on phone need to adjust?

We have the OmniVista 8770, and aside from the SSH, the extension has already been set to 4645 in the application. However, when I checked it in PuTTY, it still shows as 4635. I even recreated the extension, but it still displays 4635

Hi,
Newbie in the Alcatel Omnipcx.. Just want to ask if i can change the VM to another voicemail type? When I was creating or recreating an extension the old voicemail 4635 and want it to pointed into 4645 new VM.
Can anyone teach me how to change the voicemail type

Got problem with ALE-300 and suddenly it doesn't not working properly
- actual tab was found into another tab.
-Like the main is on info and main is totally blank

They function similarly, both belonging to the same attendant set. However, the other line is capable of automatically answering calls when the handset is lifted. The only distinction between them is that the concern unit has a VM interface, while the other does not.
