Re: Alcatel 6360 Orange LED Light
Hello,
According to hardware guide, the LED OK solid
Amber could related to system, fan, temperature failure.
Are you sure about your console cable and RJ45-DB9 ?
Maybe your should contact your reseller or alcalel support.

checksum files
Hello,
I'm doing "show tech-support eng complete" for backuping switiches and using winscp for fecthing tech-support.tar file. I would like to verify remote and local checksum. Is there a command on AOS ? I've read "su" command but it seems reserved to alcatel support
Thanks in advance,
Regards

Re: How to configure Management VLAN on OS6360
Hello,
I don’t think it’s a problem of firmware, when I use AI for AOS 8
results are sometimes wrong. Best is to research in documentation https://www.al-enterprise.com/-/media/assets/internet/documents/omniswitch-aos-release-810r1-cli-reference-user-guide-rev-a-en.pdf

Re: Tempetature os6360-P10
Hello,
Hello,
I think I misunderstood "operating temperature." It necessarily refers to the ambient temperature of the room where the switch is installed, right?

Re: Tempetature os6360-P10
Hello,
Sorry, I wasn't specific enough. This model without any connected devices and installed on my desk already displays a temperature of 51°C. The range indicated on the console is 15°C to 75°C. So I think the documentation is incorrect. I was wondering if anyone has noticed the same temperature ...

os6360-P48 power supply
Hello,
Hello,
The power supply on my OS6360-P48 failed last week (without warranty).
Have you experienced this before? Was it a fuse problem? Where can I find a replacement power supply?
Thanks in advance.
