Can someone provide the correct bin8008N to supply to the phones?
I found a workaround and I successuflly managed to reset the password but I would like a more permanent solution for the future in case of need.

Seems bin8xx8(N) cannot be downloaded from my PBX
Tried several uri but web server alwasy respond with 404 not found.

My bad, I just took the xml config template from the package because I already have a dhcp server and web server on my network.

So if I put these files on my web server everything should works?

To get bin8xx8 from oxo I should simply download from the pbx as if it were a web server? http(s)://ip ...

I can see also on the web server log the phone is trying to download the following uri from the same web server:
//sip8008N
//bin8008N

The file doens't exists on my web server and the web server likerly redirect to an error page.

Not sure if this is the reason of the download failed error message ...

We got the phone back.
I tried the procedure but doesn't works.
The phone says "configuration download", I can see in web server log the proper files is downloaded, I can download the file from browser, but the phone later says "download failed".

Well I think I found some documentation on xml format, I tried, phone download the xml but apparently silently ignore and keeps its manually defined configuration.

No clue.

We still miss the locked phone, the company managing the pbx didn't give back to us.
I understand the process, it's like provisioning the phones from a server.
I tried to provision our remaining phones from our servers but didn't work.
I have another topic on this.

As written, 123456 is wrong, that's the problem

Looks like was a firewall issue preventing the phone to access the web server.
Now I see they try to get a file named "/config.<macaddress_lowercase>.xml"
The issue now is that the format needed appear to be xml while from the management I can export a json so I have no clue of the syntax of this ...
