Captive portal credentials not working

Hello,
I have two wifi access points:
- Personal
- Guest (with captive portal)

I have configured a guest account with a password.
I connect to the guest wifi, I have the captive portal page that opens but it says "Login failed! Account not exist".

Do you have a solution please?
