Trunk group name without callerid (in/out-going calls)

Hello!

I’m newbie to omniPCX and voip at all.
But:
We are using Alcatel omniPCX enterprise (R9.1-i1.605-21, c80s1) as a telephone station (numbers 44**) and analog telephone station (numbers 45**).

We’ve made trunk (t2) between stations.
All working well (44->44, 45->45), but we have 2 troubles ...
