i have alcatel switches Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OS6560-P48X4 8.9.221.R03 and it has suddenly power outage and after rebooted it is open in certified mode and ip phone and PCs not taking ip address from dhcp server and i issue copy certified working and reload from working no rollback-timeout to be ...
