I am having an issue with voice not being transmitted when 8018 IP phones being used.

System version is OXE R11.2.2-l2.300-32-a in hotel mode.


It likes like there is a bug with the 8018 phones. Here is what I checked.

Phone A and B -8018, Phone C - Analog, Phone D - 8038 IP, Phone E ...

Its the version of your AAS software. You must be at least in R7.1to get the Dynamic messages option when you create the project.

I have used Audio Station before for creating and loading voiceguides on common hardware i.e. GD and GA. I now have a case where I need to load dynamic voiceguides on an 4400 on Unix, release 5.1.

I am confused as to what target system to choose. AAS proposes 3 options for 4400:

4400
4400T ...

Have you checked the licences for analog extensions? what version of OXO you working with?
