Try it with the AOS command:
swlog output socket <ip-address> tls

correct. VC means that there is one fabric for routing/forwarding over all chassis within a VC. VC is like a "big" switch over more than one chassis.

Do you have the rescue file for an actual image (not the oldest one)?

there are a lot possibilities f.e. debug ip packet, port-mirroring, port-monitoring, rpmir, qos log and tcpdump

change to perVlan-STP at all switches. This is the same like 1x1 at the older switches.
Disable autofabric (maybe you have to disable mvrp for it).
Check if the issue is still there.

you are correct: for the web-ui there is this stupid limitation. You have to open one backup and select the wished files inside. For sftp (f.e. of the backups) direct from the server you don't need the root user (also the partner don't have that pw). You need the "cliadmin". The password f...

if the stick is connected and AOS is running mount the stick with: "usb enable".
Than you can use the stick for ls, cp, cd etc.
f.e. "ls /uflash" (shows the root of the stick).
