Meet me confrence

Dear All,
I have just facing issue in meet me conference when i have organised the conference call i have maximum connected 6 person conf call so how can i increase the no of call .

I have 29 party conf call licence .

Second Issue- If i used disha how many outside users connected in meet me conference.



Please anybody suggest me ASAP

Check the system documentation. It is well documented.
You need to manage the System-->Other syst parameters -->System parameters --> N Conference modularity

For conference (common hardware - GD/GA boards) you need to divide board recourses between VoIP and conference - you need to declare number of conference/compressors in board parameters and for conference size - you have system parameters (written in post above)
For external user - check System, item Max Nb Trunks Conf.N
For DISA - user can enter in conference only after substitution (manual or automatic). Direct feature prefix dialling after DISA - forbidden.

For external user with disa, a parameter should be checked before :the external line type connected to the PABX should be taken in consideration. NDDI line will inject lot of noise witch will increase each time a new disa user will be connected to the conf , playing the nddi parameters under ALU control has not solved issue even changing the GPA BOARD with GPA 2 one . if you use digital lines (isdn,PCM, ip , sip ) you're safein this case ; only check system & disa parameters as VAD Sayd

I have solve the issue successfully now i am able to do a 29 party conference .

But

Regarding the disha my query is

how many no of users (Mobile users) externally join the meet me conference ?

If i take the disha licence .

i think disa licence has one value authorized or not

check the value under spadmin option 2
12 DISA = 1
for external user mobileusers check System, item Max Nb Trunks Conf.N , test & try increse the number one by one and don't forgot anyway you need at least one internal participant to keep the trunks on conf
