Raspberry Dongle Server

We have a Problem with our Alcatel Omni PCX Enterprise 4400. We have two raspberrys with two USB Dongles, they are crashing irregular. Sometimes every hour, sometimes every three month. So we have to plug off the power and restart it again. Do someone have an idea to solve it?

Hello,
you can ask your partner whether the firmware on the raspberry is up to date. This can be found on the FlexLM.
Otherwise I can recommend switching the licensing to CloudConnect. Then the Raspberry and the FlexLM will not be necessary.
Only if an OTMS still exists do you have to think more about it.
