Reset Alcatel Temporis IP701G to factory default

Hi,

I have an Alcatel Temporis IP701G whose admin password has been changed. I have tried to access with admin/admin and it does not work. I can access with user/user, but I can't modify the settings. Does anyone know how to reset it?

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem with one unit of Alcatel Temporis IP251 and looking for a solution, i´ve found this thread, has somebody figured how to factory reset, please?
