block incoming call to alcatel lucent omnipcx enterprise

hi bros,

could you please help me to guide me the how to configure how to block incoming call from outside to ext or all pcx ?

example : 1234567 is incoming call .
ext1 : 1111
ext2 : 2222

i had looked on internet and saw that i need to configure translator/called filtered number and abbreviated numbering .
but i still cannot success because i never do it before and no have the template and documents.

if bros have any documents and guideline pls kindly share for me.

I searched for filtered called and call filtering in the doc, but nothing came up.

This feature is on the system doc/General Applications.
For example for R12.4 the file is: oxe12.4_sd_GeneralApplicat_8AL91010USAI_2_en.pdf
