In our OXE the callback feature is not displayed when calling a free or busy internal or external subscriber.
When entering the suffix for callback free or busy subscriber the information "feature is not aviable" will be displayed on my 4039 set. when i disable the suffix -callback on free or busy set = 0 the 4039 says "pleas hang up"
in my opinion all points to configure are managed:
In all phone feature COS configured:
suffix -callback on free or busy set = 1
no callback on free set = 0
no callback on busy set = 0
a suffix for callback in the translator is configured and a prefix to delete the callback too.
I tried many different OXO-releases (from R8 to R11) and completely other hardware but it doesn´t work. Is there a way to lock this feature in the system, or is a special license required?
May anyone help me?
no callback on free or busy subscriber possible

Re: no callback on free or busy subscriber possible
Strange:
1) you dial INTERNAL number (external - another story)
2) hear "busy tone"
3) dial automatic callback suffix
and feature rejected (called/calling users - usual users - not attendant, hotel)?

Re: no callback on free or busy subscriber possible
It's strange - never hear about such problem.
About prefix/suffix - must be used suffix. When you call from 4039 - do you have "callback" possibility on display?
If calling user - Phone feature COS - suffix Automatic callback=1
If called user - Phone feature COS - rights No callback free/busy set=0
If called user have not some special management (overflow/ forward on busy) - callback request (calling and called user - internal? on the same PBX) must works.
You need to ask ALU business partner - send request to ALU.
