4059EE attendant getting disconnected periodically

Hi everyone,

I am using 4059EE version 1.5.0.3 with OXE 11.0. Its working fine, but in the middle of the calls connection getting terminated. So we need to sign-in again. Its happening every 30 mintues.

Attached the SS of the error and log files for your reference.

And one more thing is, the volume of the console is getting low, after the call is connected to the user. every time, we need to increase the volume for each call. But if i logged in another user profile, the volume is fine. :(

Hi,

I figured why the volume is going low, its due to the IP Desktop Softphone. :-D

And i noticed that, from operator console i dial/receive any external calls. And while on call with this external party, any next call (internal/external) comes, immediately operator is getting disconnected .
After that, i need to Sign-IN again.
Whenever any second call comes, while u r in-call with external party , console gets disconnect automatically and get below error
"session terminated by PCX".

Attached Logs ... anyone suggest me please...

hi guys, i know this is a old post, but i am also facing the same issue here.. i have oxe r 12.3 latest patch and 4059EE upgraded to the latest's as i faces disconnection issues. i thought that it could be a 4059ee software issues or maybe firewall, but yet after upgrading and disabling the firewall i face the same. now the disconnection is more frequent and the system generates incident 389 .... 07/06/21 22:46:29 000001M|001/02/0/135|=4:0389=Sig. on IP set: set demand a rese
