Called number not displayed on 4035 attendant

Hello,

The HD and the CPU5 have crashed on R5.0Ux 4400.

We have replaced the CPU5 and restored a backup.


Everything is ok, except that the number calling no longer appears on the attendant set. (incoming call)

The attendant is 4035T.

It's the only TDM extension. The others extensions are all analog.

Do you know this problem ?

the issue is for local call (internal) can post ABCA traces?
