Hi,
I have set up an incoming call greeting guide whit route to an hunting group.
In the hunting group I have entered the users entity.
But an unanswerd call in the group never overflows to the users entiy, but to the trunkgroups entity.
If I call directly to the group, and the call is unanswered it will go to the users enity.
So the problem only occurs when the call is routed to the group via an incoming call greeting guide.
Anyone that can verify this issue?
