Cannot access to ISDN trunk OXE

I don't known what is 2-10-0, because is on an external cabinet, so I set 3-2-0 for physical access.

For outgoing call - you use shelf 3 coupler 2 access 0.

My questions:
- incoming call (3-2-0) - works?
- or you say about Ok incoming calls via 2-10-0?
- or your t3 trace - from another PBX

Okay, But the incoming calls, came from 3-2-0. Physically connected the cisco into 3-2-0.

2) Check outgoing call (3-2-0) when exist incoming call (3-2-0)

Someting went wrong.
trkstat 2 10
says, 2-10-0 contains an another trunk, but I don't known why.
If I call this trunk, It works.

So... I don't known what I dit it. And why. So... I'm refresh the doc, I missed it someting.

I checked twice... simply changed the cabinet's order in the rack. Both cabinet's 2 position have MIX card... I checked twice...
