Hello again,
just wondering if i can call the Automated attendant from internal user. It works fine from external calls but now the client need the internal callers to call the AA menu as well. (have created for help desk)..
any option by routing the call via Hybrid link loop or a NPRAE (PRA) trunk group?
thanks in advance
regards
Morio

Only way is a B2B trunk via your NPRAE or use VAA working internally no issues

Hi.
Thanks for the reply. So what I need to do is loop the NPRAE create two trunk groups . One for incoming and one for out going. And make a call via the out going to receive via incoming trunk group. And the incoming will be routed to the auto attendant access??
VAA is under license right???
Thanks again
