SIP trunk dont work.-

Hello, im new in that and i dont speak english very well, so i try to explain my problem.-

I have an OXE 10.1 and try to connect one SIP trunk (IPlan), but when i dial from a phone said "congestion".-

I run "tcpdump -ni eth0 udp port 5060" but don't have records, only "supervision timer".-

I could check and correct the configuration, but i still can't connect with the SIP Trunk.

Now the Ext. Gateway its ok, but when i try to dial in the phone said me "Servicio no Autorizado" (not authorized service).

in your trace i see
transport type tcp(should be udp) ; and port is 5040 (inernal and external gateway that you have conf ports are 5060); max forward =0 !
also try to change in the trunk group for bypassing discremination numberig compatible with -1 and number of digit tosend to cvalue 29 and try again

I was checking, the REMOTE NETWORK its the same SUBNETWORK NUMBER, i saw in REMOTE NET. is 10 in TRK GRP and SIP GTW is 11
i should suggest you change that.
