ringing time

Hi team

I have trouble with ringing on Sip Vtech phone when I call from alcatel ip phone to vtech sip phone it only rings for 3 rings and then transferred to voice mail. I want to increase the ringing time to 7 rings

Usual internal SIP phone?
Calls - from internal or external set?
Transfer to OXE voice mail?
What managed - forward on no answer or VM as accociated sets?

Hi team,

Usual internal SIP phone? ( Yes SIP phone )
Calls - from internal or external set? ( Internal )
Transfer to OXE voice mail? ( Server voicemail JDS )
What managed - forward on no answer or VM as accociated sets? ( Voicemail leaves a message on JDS )

Vtech extensions sip phone are still normal, but when someone calls, the phone rings only 3 rings bell and then switches to the Voicemail server (JDS). I want to set a time for it to rings 6 or 7 rings bell and how to reset it !.

For ringing time adjusment - we need to understand - where managed overflow to VM - in PBX - user/dynamic state user (forward on no answer, or overflow to associate - in this case you need to adjust timer 4 or 9 ) or in SIP phone management.

But what about question - where managed overflow (or forward on no answer)? In PBX or on SIP phone.

I change adjust timers 4 form 150 to 450 it ring 7 after forwarding to voicemail is ok
