got it sorted out, the provider needed to get some stuff corrected. when they re configured their side everything worked fine,,
ALE tac gave me few recommendations during that time. but then the provider sorted the issue.

thanks to all who tried to sort the problem and gave me in some ideas to work about...

the strange route header was the first thing that takes my attention it was oute: <sip:+966115051030;tgrp=320_grpMain_tgrp;trunk-context=itc.sa@sa-Hilton.Riyadh:5060;lr>
with trunk group context i think the 1941 can't handle them
