Cant see missed call ext number from on OXE

hello

am using OXE R12.3.1
i have one OXE and 15 OXOs
The PBXs are talking to each other via VPN using SIP protocol
All OXOs are pointed to OXE and call between them are working fine
The problem is when there is a missed call on OXE extension, instead of seeing the callers extension, you see your own extension as missed call. And when the missed call is on OXO extension, what you see is SIP word which is name of my OXE trunk

Note: when the call is calling on both ends, you can see the real name of the caller and when talking is ok

Check your callback translator in OXE. You can also specify the SIP trunk group as private (OXE)

callback translator data ?
how did u dial oxo extension from oxe : routing number , short number , tkgp seize?

Hello Guys
as per the picture attached, the OXE SIP trunk is private, am dialing to OXO using routing number. the numbers to OXO starts with 2000 to 3900 thats in different branches

For the ISDNSUBCRIB i dont know how to see it please advise
As also seen from the image, thats all i can see from the external callback translator
Please advise how i can program it

btw you have a bad config but it works

in the trunk group remote network should be different from N°15( as per doc as i remembred) and at routing number you have network n° =1 !
a good config for a abcf/sip trunk
