lucent 8028s doesn't save sip parameters

Hi,

i'm trying to configure an alcatel lucent 8028s with 3cx, i've tried to put SIP parameters directly on the phone but seems doesn't save it.
I see there is a web panel and i wanna try to enter here and set my parameters but i don't know the default credentials.
Please someone can help me?

PS:
The phone was resetted and i use 123456 to enter on phone settings.
