I reinstalled the LOLA tool, shared ALL folders but still the same.

Is there anyway I can check the SAMBA connection?

It's to bad that LOLA isn't making any error reports, where I can check what's going wrong.

Can you send me a screenshot with the share options you set so I can check if I made a mistake on this one?

Hi , all you need just to put the new release file in the C drive and share it ( full access to it ),
and try to loading lola.

hi, its 2016 now and seems some time we still have the same error. i didnt get any problem when i was making lola for a power cpu with release 10.2, but the problem came when i tried with cpu-2 release 5.x
after some staggering days was able to lola cpu -2 and this is what i did.
01. did not use my pc. used a new fresh one with no anti virus and no firewall
02. os on the ps was win 7 64 bit.
03. copies the oxo files in c root. i think even d will do.
04. shared the oxo download file.
05. installed lola 4.6,,, i didnt try the latest lola 4.16
06. used a basic non manageable switch/hub between my pc and oxo.
and wala... that was it. worked fine....

I'm having a similar issue here. I am trying to lola a powercpu ee with software release R021_021_001. I have the software on my C: Drive. I have shared it with everyone full access. I made the registry changes to lola for timeout and Ip address. I installed and run as administrator. However every time I try and lola it starts TFTP does its thing and then I get an error "Samba share failed"

Below is my console log.

Read TC2457 - you need another version of LOLA. They changed drive sharing protocol....

Perfect! Thanks. That did the trick. Enable SMBv1 and I was good to go.
