ccs reports / detailed report missing numbers?

Greetings all

Would anyone know why served_calls + abandoned_calls + dissuaded_calls total is sometime different than total received calls?
ex: I have a report with 220 calls. But when I add all , I get 118 and missing 2 calls ...

Hi Frank,
If you want, I can try to analyze the difference. For that I need you to send a screenshot of CCS statistics with all those fields (received, served, dissuaded, ...) with a brief description of the problem and additionally send me the following OXE files:
catalog.cfg
deliv_id
parameters.cfg
evyymmdd.sta (yy=Year; mm=Month; dd=day
tcyymmdd.sta or tcyymmdd.Z dependent on whether OXE has CRI licenses or not
Please note that yymmdd must be the same for the CCS statistics printscreen

I made some researches, and opened a ticket with ALE.
