Issues too many connection CCS

Hello Everyone,
I have a probleme with supervisor console, when i want to connect , the software says " Too many connetion on the service " And i don't know how to resolve the issue...
I try to look on OMC but ... too complex
I can use statistic manager whitout this message.
Maybe someone can help me with the issue
