OXO Connect R4.0 Q.SIG and block numbering

Hi everybody,
On a OXO Connect R4.0 with 4xT0 ISDN trunks
I changed the IsdnBlkTim for using the "End of Dialing Table", everything works perfectly…

But I'd like to change the protocole from ISDN to Q.SIG,
with Q.SIG the End of Dialing table doesn't work at all, and the IsdnBlkTim has no effect at all…

Does someone know how to turn on the table with QSig trunks?
