OXO LDAP strange behavior

Hello,

I have a very strange behavior with by OXO.
I can connect to my LDAP Server LAN inside by using its IP Adress unencryted with Port 389.
Because I like to connect to the name of my LDAP Server, I change the IP to its name and modifiyed the google DNS Server in LAN Settings from (which was in there) 8.8.8.8 to my DNS server inside my LAN and made a warm reboot of the OXO.
Now something strange happens - after I hade change the DNS Server I´m not able to connect to my LDAP Server anymore by IP and also not by its domain name.

Now I made a wireshare on my LDAP Server to see if there is a LDAP request incomming if I´m still trying to connect from OXO to LDAP using IP instead of domain name - and yes, the request is incoming and answerd to the OXO. But OXO only comment it with "cant connect to LDAP Server".

Is there something I should be aware of?
