statistics manager - password problem

Hi All,


I have installed ACD statistics manager 5.11.1 and trying to connect OXO with rl 5.1.But it is asking for the Password and I have tried all the pwds like admin, installer,operator..Still no success. I have made all the password defalult also but same problem.can any one help me on this

ACD statistics manager requires additional license in OXO. May be that's problem?

oh, statistics manager does not work without a disk in CPU, that was my problem!
