oxo call Center linked to Oracle database

Hi all,
our customer wants to link the OXO ACD call center (Agent Assistant) to his Oracle database ...
the Agent Assistant musts send the caller number to his oracle database to get info. about the caller from oracle (info. comes as a table) and writes , creates ,or modify info. then save it and close it.
Note : as you know the Agent Assistant with the choice (Specific mode: ) runs a VBS script to to show the caller No. in a small window.
so how I can modify that to pass that No. to the Oracle to get caller info.file from it.

I think this is not so simple. But, if you have the VB script, try to find a callerid directive and use this function to send the information to oracle, you certainly will need to contact a DB expert to know how to do this.

Hi almatel,

did you able to Link OXO ACD call center (Agent Assistant) to Oracle database? if yes, could you please let me know the procedure.
