Capturing Outgoing Call information

Hi,

We recently had a Omni PCX Enterprise system installed.

Is it possible to produce a report of outgoing calls and which User/extension it originated from? I'm pretty new to these systems so direction to any documentation on this would be great. I've had a look through the OXE menus but can't seem to find what I'm looking for or if it is even possible.

It's called SMDR or CDR. Check system documentation.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
