Flash corrupt

Hi,

Flash on OS6850-8M is corrupt.
Switch is booting to miniboot.
Here's a log:

Couldn't open file system on "/flash".
Perhaps a dosFsVolFormat on the file system is needed.
value = -1 = 0xffffffff

[Miniboot]->diskFormat "/flash"
Couldn't open "/flash".
value = -1 = 0xffffffff

Is there anything i can do?
Tried to zmodem some files... but transfer stops in 1 second.

Can anyone help... is there a CF card inside the unit?
Can i replace it or format it somewhere else?

Have you tried the attached Techtip (new fs)? If this isn't helpfull you have to do a replacement of the switch.
