IEEE 802.3x flowcontrol

Hi, I have searched the documentation but did not find any reference to this feature. Is it implemented on SAS-M?
We have situations in our network when a SAS-M that has 10Gbps uplink shows many output drops on 1Gbps interface connected to customer or downlink switch. Can we activate flowcontrol IEEE 802.3x ?
