SR-7 7750 on reboot, iom3-xp Socket SYNC Failed.

Hi people,

I restarted my SR-7 7750 and my router is continuously rebooting, when taking out the MDA card on standby though now I am able to login in to the SR but my "iom3-xp" card starts booting and as soon as it gets up provisioned I receive the following message on "show card":

I have even tried replacing the iom3-xp card and putted a new one but receiving the same error.....PLease can anybody help me to resolve this issue.

Try to reseat or replace active sfm with new one, the alarm iccKillUnrespPeers may indicates a problem between cards and switch fabric, ICC (inter card communication)

It's need to escalate Alu, I've ever ask them. But I found nothing permanent solution except replace card with the new ones. When you switch over to standby sfm, is it getting same?

With this problem, can you log in or you don't even get to this stage?
