Can anyone please tell me which SFM/CPM cards the SR OS Compact Flash part no 3HE00107LAAC is compatible with?

It should be compatible with all CPM using CF cards.
Not sure of the capacity of this CF card.
Just make sure that the capacity is sufficient for your usecase, eg. boot, logging, scripting etc..
