IPSECGRPMGR #1008 Chassis mode B or higher is required

Hello senior,, I'm just only a newbie,,

I just learned how to make a gre tunnel. But when I want to create a tunnel group, it says "IPSECGRPMGR #1008 Chassis mode B or higher is required" Can anyone explain why it is like this? Thank you.
